There are exactly 7 differences — here they all are.
Same barbershop, same barber, same client in the chair. Panel B changed exactly seven things:
- The client’s cape — striped in the first panel, plain in the second.
- The clippers on the counter — sitting there in the first panel, removed in the second.
- The wall clock — it reads 3:00 in the first panel and 4:00 in the second.
- The comb in the barber’s apron pocket — there in the first panel, removed in the second.
- A plant on the windowsill — added in the second panel; the sill was empty before.
- The framed photo on the wall — it’s a mirror in the second panel.
- The client’s sneakers — red in the first panel, blue in the second.
That’s the complete list: cape, clippers, clock, comb, plant, photo-to-mirror, sneakers. Seven — no more, no fewer. The ones almost everybody finds first are the sneakers and the clock, because color and time jump out. The one that hides the longest is the comb in the apron pocket: small, low, and exactly where your eyes slide past on the way to the client’s head.
How many did you find before you checked — all 7, or did the comb get you? Confess in the comments, and try tomorrow’s spot-the-difference on our page.
