There are exactly 7 differences — no more, no less.
The two pictures look identical at a glance: the counter, the clock, the fruit bowl, the window, the stove, the towel, and the cat by the fridge. But the second picture changed exactly seven things. Here they are, one by one:
- The counter mug: red in the first picture → blue in the second.
- The wall clock: it reads 3:00 in the first picture and 6:30 in the second. Same clock, different hour.
- The fruit bowl: 3 bananas in the first picture, only 2 in the second.
- The hanging dish towel: 3 stripes in the first picture, 2 stripes in the second.
- The windowsill plant: 5 leaves in the first picture, 4 leaves in the second — one leaf quietly gone.
- The kettle: sitting on the stove in the first picture, absent completely in the second.
- The cat by the fridge: wearing a collar in the first picture, no collar in the second.
