Megan Fox Takes Ownership Stake in Fan Subscription Platform Subs.com

Megan Fox has joined the direct-to-fan business on the ownership side. An October 9, 2026 announcement from Subs.com said the actress had taken an equity stake in the subscription platform and opened an official page there.

The company is co-founded by Tim Stokely, who previously helped establish OnlyFans. Subs.com is a separate business: its association with a founder of OnlyFans should not be mistaken for a claim that Fox purchased part of OnlyFans or that her subscription channel uses the same policies.

More than an endorsement deal

Celebrity partnerships often involve a paid campaign, an advertisement or a licensed product. In this case, Subs.com specifically announced that Fox became a co-owner. The company described her role as giving her input into its direction while allowing her to share selected content with subscribers.

The announcement does not disclose the percentage of her ownership, the purchase price or the amount of money expected from the partnership. Those figures should not be guessed from her public profile or from the number of fans following her elsewhere.

Why direct-to-fan platforms matter

The broader creator economy includes musicians, comedians, television personalities, athletes and independent online performers. Subscription services try to turn audience loyalty into a predictable business relationship rather than relying entirely on advertisements or the recommendation feeds of larger social networks.

Supporters of the model argue that artists gain more choice over what they distribute and how they communicate with paying followers. There are trade-offs: a subscription page still relies on a company’s technical systems, terms and ability to process payments.

Subs.com said Fox’s official channel would contain material she selected herself. That is a description of the company’s offering, not independent verification of subscriber numbers or a promise about future content.

Celebrity influence and ownership

The ownership detail is what makes the announcement stand out. For a celebrity whose public image has long circulated through studio marketing and outside media, a direct fan channel represents a different commercial arrangement.

Whether the platform succeeds will depend on the experience it delivers to creators and subscribers, not solely on the visibility of its best-known co-owner. As of October 25, the ownership announcement is confirmed, while its financial terms remain private.
