There are exactly 7 differences — here is every one of them.
The scene: a packed electronics-store aisle the morning after Thanksgiving — a wall of TVs, a big “50% OFF” sign, shoppers with full carts, a red SALE banner over the door, an “OPEN” sign in the window, and a cashier line. Same store, two pictures — and these are the only 7 things that changed (left picture → right picture):
- Big sale sign: “50% OFF” → “30% OFF”. The discount on the big sign dropped — same sign, smaller deal.
- TVs mounted on the wall: 6 → 5. One of the wall TVs is gone in the second picture.
- Front shopper’s cart: full of boxes → empty. The cart at the front was full of boxes in the first picture and is empty in the second.
- Red SALE banner over the door: present → missing. The banner over the door has vanished completely.
- Price tag on the biggest TV: $299 → $399. The biggest TV costs $100 more in the second picture.
- Bags in a shopper’s hands: 3 → 2. One shopping bag is missing from the shopper’s hands.
- “OPEN” sign in the window: lit → dark. The sign is still there — it is just no longer lit.
That’s all 7 — nothing else in the store changed: the cashier line, the aisle and the shoppers themselves are identical in both pictures. The two traps in this one are the price tag (same tag, different number) and the “OPEN” sign (same sign, different state) — your eyes file both under “still there” and move on. Count the states and the numbers, not just the objects.
How many did you find before checking — all 7, or did the $100 price jump slip past you? Tell us below, and watch for tomorrow’s spot-the-difference on our page.
